"Sizing seems really inconsistent"
I ordered my usual size, but it was way tighter than expected, and the sleeves were oddly long. Based on this one, I’d say the sizing is probably just off in general. Not really worth the hassle for me

"Not as comfy as I hoped"
I ordered a jacket from freecountry.com, and while it looks decent enough, it just wasn’t as comfortable as I expected. The inside feels kind of stiff, and the sleeves rub a bit when I move around, which gets annoying after a while.
It’s still wearable, but I don’t reach for it much. I also felt a little left in the dark since I wasn’t really sure if the stiffness was normal or something that would soften up over time. Shipping was fine, but comfort-wise, I was hoping for better.

"Looks a bit dated"
The styles feel old, and the site literally looks a bit messy to me. It could really use a cleaner, more modern refresh.

"Got here quicker than expected"
I ordered a jacket and it showed up in about 3 days, which was faster than I thought it would. My brother actually asked if I paid extra for shipping, but I didn’t. The tracking updated normally the whole time too. The only downside was the box looked a little beat up when it arrived, but the jacket itself was totally fine. Overall, good shipping experience.

As someone who likes to buy clothes that can actually keep up with regular wear, I was disappointed. I only wore this jacket twice before the zipper broke, and the material feels cheap. I expected it to last a lot longer than that.

"Left me cold, wet, and frustrated"
I really wanted this to work, but it didn’t keep me warm or dry at all. I ended up cold and soaked, which was miserable. When I brought it up, I felt like I was being talked down to instead of actually listened to. Definitely not worth it for me.

Everything showed up the way I ordered it, and I was just really happy with how it all turned out. Nothing major to complain about, it just felt right.

"Jacket honestly held up really well"
I bought a Free Country jacket last winter and, it’s still in really good shape. I’ve worn it a lot, like way more than I expected, and the zippers still work fine, the seams haven’t ripped, and it just still feels solid overall. So yeah, I’m happy with it and how durable it’s turned out to be.

"Support was way too slow"
I reached out to customer service expecting a quick fix, but it just dragged on and on. After a while, I kind of used the simple rule of thumb that if support takes this long to even help, it’s probably not going to get much better. In the end, I didn’t really feel like they solved anything

"Returns were kind of a pain"
The clothes were fine, but swapping sizes was more hassle than I expected. It took a while to get a reply, and paying for return shipping didn’t feel worth it. I probably won’t order again unless I’m really sure about the size.

"Pretty solid for what I paid"
I wasn’t trying to spend a ton, so for the price I feel like this was a good buy. It does what I need it to do, and I can’t really complain considering what I paid. Worth the money in my opinion.
